“If you master the physical body, that is twenty percent of who you truly are- your inner state or warrior, but if you master the mind, it’s sixty percent. But if you master the energy that makes the five elements within us, you master your life, your destiny, and your own warrior.” Words by Krish Thapa.

This documentary by Mulligan Brothers Studios features Krish Thapa, a man who shares his life and the wisdom of having a full life. Once in the special forces, he now runs a retreat in a remote village near Pokhara. Asking people to pay attention to the five elements that surround us. Fire, Water, Earth, Ether, and Air keep humans grounded, yet we don’t take the time to understand ourselves, let alone our environment.

This film is captured beautifully with cinematic shots achieved through skillful color grading and carefully chosen camera angles, enhancing its visual style. Not only was the message passed clearly, but it was complemented by the steady pacing maintained throughout the whole film, enhancing the storytelling.

This film challenges one to look at storytelling through a sharper lens.
