This dark comedy embraces chaos while finding humanity within it.

After finding himself in a tight spot, the troubled Lior turns to his ex-girlfriend, Aja, for help. His presence acts as a trigger for Aja, a health aide; she resorts to taking drugs as a way to cope. Through it all, Lior doesn’t relent when Aja asks him to leave. He creates havoc in Aja’s day.

In this film, Lior is portrayed as a selfish man who would do anything to get his own way. This is viewed through Aja’s consistent requests for him to leave. Additionally, it shows the emotional grip that Lior has on Aja, showing the dynamic of their relationship. One gives, and the other takes.

It’s interesting enough that the film shows the difference between caring for oneself and caring for others. Yet, at its core, it shows the absurdity of existence. It highlights how bizarre and unpredictable life can be. The warm tones and the different camera angles complement this film, with every scene portrayed perfectly.

All in all, this film shows how trust can be manipulated.
