Kissing The Fall Guy: Right Place, Right Time?

It’s Thanksgiving, and Manon needs a break from her family. She’s always been the peacekeeper, a title heavy to carry in a chaotic family. She steps into The Maple Bun. She believes she needs five minutes and one cup of coffee to brave the family reunion. When a guy who’s waiting for a date asks if she is Melanie, she finds herself accepting. She’ll have a coffee with him and walk out, or so she thought.

In this novella, Chelsey Fay uses one setting to bring the book to life. With each dialogue, readers are pulled into the four walls of The Maple Bun. Getting a front seat to the chemistry between Manon and Weston. With 98 pages, this book was a quick, lovely read. Matching the holiday vibe that we are approaching.
